1. What is personal data?
"Personal data" per the EU General Data Protection Regulations, means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"); an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data or online identifier.
In simple terms, if you provide us with information about yourself, maybe your name and email address, or you provide us with similar information relating to your customers, this is personal data.
2. What personal data do we collect when you use our Services?
To use our Services, you need to create an account. To create an account you will need to provide us with an email address and a mobile telephone number so we can verify you are a human. To acquire chargeable Services, you may share your billing information (credit card details) with us and our payment providers. If you choose not to share your credit card details, you will not be able to access certain Services.
3. How will we use your personal data?
Your personal data will be used to allow you to access your account securely. Your email address/mobile number/any other identifier you provide may be used to contact you regarding your use of the Services and the general operation of your account. We will also anonymise and aggregate your data to provide statistics and reports.
4. Personal data of your customers
If you use certain Services on our platform we will receive, process and store information you choose to provide us with, that relates to your customers (“End User Customers"). This will typically include email address and mobile number but will consist of any information you choose to collect. We will only use the personal data of your customers for the purposes of providing the Services to you. We will not share the personal data of your customers with any 3rd party, apart from when required to deliver the Services (see 7).
5. Website Usage
Our server software collects general demographic information from all users of our Website. This includes cookie information, browser types, IP addresses and referring domains. This data is used only in aggregate form; no individual user is identified. We use this information to help us understand and support our visitors' needs. “Cookies" are code elements we transfer to your computer or mobile device that allow us to recognise your browser or mobile device and tell us how and when pages in our Website are visited by you.
If you choose to receive information regarding Comapi's Services or use any Comapi applications, you may need to complete our information request and registration forms. These forms may require your name, company name, e-mail address, as well as other information to help us determine and respond to your needs related to the Services requested. We use this information to send updates about our company and our products and to contact you if requested or necessary. We also use the demographic information you provide on these forms in connection with studies and reports regarding our Website, such as Website usage patterns, in order to better understand the needs of visitors to our Website. We will not, however, associate any personally identifiable information which you provide, with the information in these studies and reports.
6. Use of “Experience It”
Information you share with us during the “Experience It” program will be stored and used only for the purposes of providing the “Experience It” programme.
7. Personal data and 3rd parties we work with to provide our Services
In certain situations businesses that are involved with the Services may provide products or services to you through, or in connection with, the Services (either alone or jointly with us). For example, in sending or receiving messages and other information through the Services, we may route your inbound and outbound communications and related information through 3rd party mobile networks and aggregators, and they may transmit data to their respective service providers in the communication channels. We will share your communications and related information (which may include personal information) with such businesses only to the extent that it is related to such Services.

9. How secure is my personal data?
Every user of our Services must have an account on our platform to access the Services. Access to your account is protected by a password, which you will set when you create your account. Please select and protect your password appropriately and limit access to your device by signing out of your account after each session.
We will always try our best to protect the privacy of your account and the personal data we hold in our records, but we cannot guarantee complete security. The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Unauthorised entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time. If you do not accept this risk, please DO NOT use our Services.
